Refund/Cancellation Policy

Requests for refunds must be received in writing by March 27, 2020, for a full refund minus a $40 administrative fee. Registrants must request a refund by contacting INCEDO Staff at register@unthsc.edu. No refunds will be issued after March 27, 2020, with the exception of documented medical emergencies. No shows are not eligible for refunds.
